To introduce toroidal inductors, the following content is compiled by the editor, and the relevant content is for reference.
Toroidal winding machine is also called magnetic winding machine. Simply put, it is a winding machine used to produce toroidal inductors. At present, it can be roughly divided into three categories according to the different winding methods: A, semi-automatic toroidal winding machine B, simple traction toroidal winding machine, also known as hook winding machine C, fully automatic micro magnetic winding machine
The semi-automatic ring winding machine consists of three major parts: the head, the fixture, and the base. The head is the winding group, the fixture is the part that clamps the magnetic ring, and the base is the electrical control part. According to the thickness of the wire diameter, it can be divided into gear type, belt type, side sliding type and round belt type; they all correspond to a certain wire diameter range. The gear type is suitable for a wire diameter range of about (1.0mm-3.0mm), the belt type is about (0.25mm-1.0mm), and the side sliding type is about (0.06mm-1.0mm), but it is impossible to complete it on one machine. The round belt type is generally only for products with thin wire diameters (0.05mm-0.15 mm). The same machine head can only be used for different wire diameters and winding products with different inner diameters after replacing wire storage rings of different specifications. At the same time, the clamp also has a corresponding clamping range. Generally, one person operates one machine. Of course, if the number of turns is very large, then one person can operate multiple machines. In principle, the wire storage ring passes through the inner hole of the magnetic ring. Therefore, when the inner hole of the magnetic ring is very small, or even larger than the width of the wire storage ring, such products cannot be completed on this type of machine. Another type is common-mode inductors. The arrangement of common-mode inductor wire diameters has certain rules and requirements. It is also difficult to achieve a slightly thicker wire diameter (0.3mm or above) on this machine.
The following consumable parts on a general semi-automatic ring winding machine need to be replaced frequently: (1) Wire storage ring, also called steel ring (Shuttle), one of the most important parts of the machine head, used to complete wire storage and winding tasks; its quality directly affects the service life, indirect costs and the quality of the wound products. (2) Support wheel, also called guide wheel. The number of support wheels of different machine heads is different. Its material is directly related to its service life. (3) Clamp roller. The service life of this component is related to the wire diameter, size and material of the wound product. (4) Belts, side sliders and other consumable parts.
After the ring winding machine is purchased, different wire storage rings and support wheels need to be replaced according to the wire diameter and size of the product. Since the copper wire always slides out from one side of the wire storage ring, the wire storage ring is unevenly stressed. After a certain period of time, the wire storage ring and support wheel need to be replaced before production can continue!
Traction hook winding machine. This type of winding machine does not have much or obvious improvement in efficiency. It mainly works with the clamp roller and cylinder. It is mainly for products with thicker wire diameters. The purpose is to reduce the labor intensity of workers. Generally, for products with fewer turns, it is necessary to cut and wind the wire of an appropriate length first.
The fully automatic micro magnetic ring winding machine consists of a vibration plate, a wire feeding group, a transmission group, a clamping seat and a material taking group. As the name implies, fully automatic production means that there is no need for manual operation. The feeding, winding and unloading of the magnetic ring can be fully realized automatically. This winding machine is mainly for micro magnetic rings. The outer diameter (below 10mm) and the wire diameter (0.05mm-0.25mm) are the biggest difference from the hand-wound products. Once this type of machine is debugged smoothly, the quality is relatively stable, and there is no need to have too much demand on power consumption. After the debugging is stable, one person can take care of multiple machines, which greatly effectively improves the production output and quality.
We all need to have a deep understanding of the ring winding machine, and we must also understand the maintenance during the use process, so as to extend its service life and save the production cost of the enterprise.
